Premium Overhead Door of ***********, ** is not in the customer service business period. The technician called me at 12:08am during the originally scheduled appointment window (12am-1pm) and told me he would be there in twenty minutes. Forty-one minutes later the technician arrived. The only thing that would have earned my business would have been a prompt apology. The first thing the technician tried to say was the original appointment window was for 12am-1pm, no apology. Clearly this company is not deserving of my business or my money. I dismissed the technician. I attempted to leave a review on Angies List, but refuse to pay for the privilege to report poor service. Additionally, the companys lack of attention to detail showed in the condition of ***************. The van had been in an accident and the damage had not been repaired and or washed as evidenced by the dirt in the damage. If a company doesnt pay attention to the details of their own company why should I trust them in my house. The head office later called me and after explaining the technician arrived within the scheduled window they apologized if they had done something wrong. The technician obviously omitted he had contacted me when speaking to the head office. So many customer service companies want to omit customer from their title description and just be service companies. Just because a company is lazy and or less attentive to detail does not mean we as customers should have to put up with poor service. If we dont demand good customer service companies will continue to insult our intelligence with continually worse and worse service.
