Complaint: I bought bed set on 04/13 and the head board broke off the rail,my husband took in bed to R&R furniture on 04/24 started to explain the proble to Mrs ***** she was so rude to him stated he can leave the bed and see if they can fix it. I called and asked her what happened she told me she was not rude and if he felt she was rude then he needed to leave, so she asked him live the store without any explanation. I spent almost 400.00 dls there and was not treated with respect.

Desired Settlement: An apology for the way Mrs ****** takes care of her customersno need to be so rude and ask you to leave without any explanation.

To whom it may concern,

On 4/28/14 ***** *****, warehouse manager, contacted **** ******** regarding her queen bed that was purchased on 4/6/2013. Mr ***** is in charge of ail repairs and exchanges on merchandise purchased at R&R Discount Furniture. Mr ***** was not available on 4/24 due to this being his day off. Customer was informed of Mr ***** not being available. The queen bed that was purchased by Mrs ******** has one year warranty againist any manufacturing defect. The warranty had expired, however Mr ***** informed the customer to bring in the part that was broken and he would repair or replace it. On 5/5/14, Mr ***** was able to repair the broken queen footboard. Customer picked up the repaired merchandise on 5/5/14. Enclosed is the customer original receipt from 4/6/2013 and signature that repaired footboard was received by the customer.
