Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: We purchased a leather couch and love seat with recliners in 2008 or 2009. We paid between $2000-$2500 for the pieces. We are having problems with the padding and seats in general. It is sagging, we sit in a hole, the arm is coming loose, and we have made attempts with this issue to no avail. We went to the store in San Antonio since we have recently moved here and the manager said unless we bought the 5 year extended warranty that they couldn't do anything. I explained that even if we had bought the warranty, if it has been 6 years it would be too late. He offered us a 20% discount on new stuff but, why would I buy anything else from them when this was not any good. I called the Waco office hoping to get help there since that is where we bought it. ******* said again, that if we didn't buy the extended warranty there was nothing she could do. I expressed that paying that much for furniture, it should hold up better than this after just 6 years. She said there is nothing she can do which I believe is SAD!!!
Desired Settlement: I would like for them to send someone out and put padding in the seats and fix the arm and back. I don't care for new furniture or money...just fix what I have.
