In June 2021 I had foundation work completed by Christopher Contracting LLS. They placed piers around the entire house. He indicated that there would be some continue shifting and that it should settle after 6 months. About 2-3 months later I noticed that the shifting had stopped. In November 2021 the house began to shift on a daily basis. I contacted Christopher Contracting several time and left a message on their voicemail each time. I didn't receive a return call, so I contacted the Engineer that was on site after the house was leveled. He came out and conducted a test to determine if the house was level. His conclusion on Nov 21 was that there was a 1/8 shift that had occurred and it was an acceptable amount. In October 2022. I noticed more shifting, cracks are widening and the cement has separated from the patio. I began call Christopher Contracting LLC on 10/31/22 and have not received a return call to have someone check how much the house has shifted. I have made 4 calls within a 2 week period. I've also used the chat function on their website on 11/6/22 (Sunday). The chat indicated the someone would be in contact with me ASAP. I have not been contacted by Christopher Contracting LLC to attempt to determine how much the house has shifted and how they will fix the shift (11/9/22).
