I learned abt this company when I was walking my dog and they are doing a repair in one of my neighbors driveway. I was impressed with how they present themselves. From the truck logo and to the crew that are doing the work - presentable and neat. They are very courteous and punctual. **********, the one that assessed my driveway was very knowledgeable, and understanding of financial matters. Non-judgmental and genuine. *****, the one that came to work on my driveway was punctual and keeps me updated on the time that hes arriving. Hes very presentable and has a smile in his face. He did a very good job in repairing my driveway and he cleaned up after. No clutter or trash left behind. I highly recommend this company and I made a good choice in choosing them. I needed my foundation to be repaired, I though I found the right place, boy was I ever wrong.I had Baird came to my house on Oct 13, ************************************************ financing, Which i was approved so we signed the agreement and contract right there and then.Well three days late BAIRD was notified by AQUA that my credit application was denied. THREE DAYS LATER!!! Baird never reached out to me to tell me the news. Three months later, they came to do the **** (me still in the dark about my credit been denied) *** was done now it time for payment.The controller called telling me oh by the way ******************** AQUA denied your credit application on Oct 16, 2023 but we did job and its done! I was like what! WOW!!! The first thing I asked, why was I not notified back in Oct? ( If I knew my credit was denied then I would have never had the job done) his answer was I have no Idea, but he will work on trying to get me financed with someone else and have a contract for you to sign! I told him what NO! Baird decide to do the job on there own and (to h*** with my rights). This is there problem NOT MINE!!! IT"S a MAN"S world I get it!!! but that does not mean you or ANY MAN or Woman have the right to HOLD important information for their own greed or percentage.Baird Foundation Repair Response

We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience experienced by ******************************* during her interaction with Baird Foundation Repair. We take customer feedback seriously and strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients.
In this particular situation, it is important to clarify a few points. First and foremost, AQUA finance did comply with legal requirements by notifying ******* of the denial of her AQUA loan on October 30, 2024 by mail. It is standard procedure, and required by law, for consumers to be informed of any changes or updates related to their financing options.
Furthermore, we made multiple attempts to work with ******* to explore alternative financing options, including offering an in-house finance agreement with the same payment terms she was expecting with AQUA. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were met with resistance and ultimately, non-payment.
We understand that the situation may have been frustrating for *******, but it is important to note that we acted in good faith and made every effort to address her concerns. We value our customers and their satisfaction is our top priority.
We encourage ******************************* to reach out to us directly to discuss any outstanding issues or concerns she may have. We are committed to finding a resolution that is fair and satisfactory for all parties involved. We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and continue to provide high-quality foundation repair services to our customers.

The sales man used malicious tactics to try getting a signature then and there, like a same day promotion. He said they could do the work from the outside, which I questioned cause no one else said they could. So he instead planned a $750 access hole.I call them to inform them I'll be out of the country when they're working (good for me, no drilling while working from home) but apparently the office staff were not meant to do so, as the homeowner needs to be present. Instead they decided to dig up three large holes of dirt and pile it on top of my lawn. From a friend who was looking after my house I saw a video of a mess they made. The contract stipulated one access hole to assess how to fix the foundation. Furthermore, their office called me for an invoice for work that had changed and they were clueless. They don't seem to know to communicate internally. They did move the dirt off the lawn once I requested, but I would watch out as their sales people seem to be overzealous with how they think they should do the work. Ultimately I got my yard trashed for $750 and cause their poor internal communication. The sales person did not inform the team of details which would have made the 3 holes pointless, they sent out a supervisor who confirmed that there was no way to do it from the outside and that the holes were fairly pointless.Baird Foundation Repair Response
