              Bank broke their own policy of cashing a check with out both signatures my signature was not on check of ******* with the symbol & on the check and since I don't bank there they said they are not fixing the issue. It is illegal to cash a government check with out both. As well against their own policy they broke .

              Terrible phone service. If you need a quick question answered it routes you somewhere other than the local branch and asks 20 questions that often lead you to a place that cannot help you after sitting on hold for 20 minutes. Essentially, you get no information and you waste a min of 30 minutes you cant get back and end up infuriated. So go to a big bank for better customer support.
