In April, I spoke with ********************* by phone on several occasions as well as through email. I had gotten behind on payments as well as being charged for ********* that totaled a little over $1500. They had also issued a repo on the car so the $1500+ had to be paid before they would recall the repo. As you can see in the files I have uploaded, that was paid, declaration of ********* was sent to them with ************* stating they received it and that Id have to pay all ********* charged prior to my proof of *********. I asked if the April ********* charge would be removed since I had purchased ********* on 4/2/23 and their charge for ********* wasnt assessed until 4/7/23. Never got a response. But I paid the total amount due, which included the May payment of $236.** so I was completely current. Starting in June, I made sure to set up the monthly pmnt on auto draft and am paying more than the monthly due. I have been paying $250 on the 2nd of every month and payment isnt due till the 15th. They continue to harass me and are now stating I am 37 days past due which as you can see, is not accurate at all!!! Im tired of dealing with these people and they need to have someone to hold them accountable.
