      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CORP. ***** F is exactly correct they remove autopay then put customers in a loop of insanity, with no one replying to email or phone calls. I now have a pile of invoices charged to me for inexplicable amounts. No one knows who my account rep is anymore. Billing people fabricated amounts is beyond negligent. Xerox is knowingly and intentionally over-charging consumers on a regular basis and refusing to respond to complaints whatsoever. Do not under any circumstance do business with this company. RUN!

      If I could give this company a "0", I would.I have had a Xerox for over 4 years. I moved to ******* 2 years ago and was transferred to this office for service. Their custom service is non-existent. You call, you get hung up on...not just once but anytime you call. You send an email to resolve an issue, no response. I have given Xerox my credit card every month and have asked to be placed on autopay. I am told that my account is on autopay. Then every month I receive an email stating that I am past due and we go through the same merry-go-round again.If you are looking for customer service, please stay away from this company.CF

      Doing business with this company has been a disaster from the start. From the pushy salesperson, Emma **** to the issues we've had with the brand new copier, to the extremely terrible service from our support **** ************************************ to the local tech who admittedly acknowledged several times during his service call that "he doesn't know that much about tech, stating "I'm not a tech person" which had me question why he was doing service calls in the first place. He even began to raise his voice at me at one point. I've emailed ******* about the service and she does not respond. When I call the 800 number I hold for at least 14 minutes before finally hanging up. Not having access to our copier/printer is definitely hindering our business. I am at a loss on who to turn to and/or what to do.

      I have repeatedly called this company and emailed them concerning our organization account to get their discrepancy resolved, which they acknowledged. If they respond it takes weeks to months. We have been trying to have their mistake credited for over a year now. This company, Dahill, repeatedly calls our office lines daily 6 x's plus a day. Always someone different. It is very over the top and harassing. They are obviously not communicating amongst themselves about the discrepancy we have been in contact about on numerous occasions. They claim they are handling it (slowly). A different representative on every contact made and we always have to start back to the beginning of the issue to be resolved. This is an extremely unprofessional company. Terrible customer service and communication practices. We have been trying to get our situation resolved on our end with no success, and yet they continue to excessively call daily as though they have never had contact with us. They are a very frustrating and time consuming experience, be warned.

      This company came in with the "dog and pony" show and then we never could get any service. I was locked in to a 5 year contract and was dissatisfied for all 5 years.
