    *****'s water softener system was installed in our new home in May 2020 by ******** Homes. We moved in in June 2020 and since the beginning have had issues with the system, they kept saying it is a plumbing issue, it is not, the system was running cycles even when water was not being used in the house. We tried to engage the builder in helping us as the customer service with *****'s was deplorable, the person who spoke to us was ***** . ***** then sent us an email that she would get back to us but never did and then said that she spoke to the builder. We got the system checked by Culligan watersystems as we wanted to replace it and the systems were noted to be faulty. We were told that the Cartridge had to be replaced but the system is just 3 years old and usually should last 10 years. We want a refund of our system to pay for the culligan and no one should every experience the crappy customer service that *****'s provides. ********************** are lacking respect and knowledge on how to communicate and be respectful of customers and ***** cannot keep up to her written word.

    I will be replacing this incredibly expensive system as soon as Im able. I bought this system once I moved in to my newly built house (late 2019) and its my biggest regret. It needs constant maintenance which in turn cost even more money. Its a headache that never ends. I started getting dark water within a year of purchase! Its now in bypass because I cant get myself to replace the tank already. Overall just not worth your money. I will be going to a better system in the near future. I would advise against Jasons. Its a sub-standard option with a price that is designed to be a money pit.

    ****, apologies for any inconvenience this syst has caused you to have since 2019.  However, in reviewing your account.....you've had ************ calls or payments for service through our office.  We do have record that our office has called you each year to offer our Annual Maintenance Program, which you've denied service each year.  Who are you calling to serivce your water syst?  This system comes with a Lifetime Warranty, so it is concerning that you are claiming to have been paying someone for multiple service issues.  

    Our systs do come with carbon and your product series is tested with up to ******* glns of filtration.  The avg homeowner will be able to go 6-7 yrs before exhausting their carbon life span.  If, for any reason you began to get black water in Year 1....We should have been called immediately.   We would have been able to offer replacement under warranty.  Once again, our Jason's Water Systems of San Antonio office has Zero Records of service calls or money received for services.  Please contact us to let us know who has been providing unauthorized services so we can work together in helping you resolve your concerns.
