== CompuIntegration 90 Day Limited Warranty & Return Policy ==
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the computer and associated peripherals or internal/external parts and components only when purchased new through an authorized representative of CompuIntegration and used within the continental United States. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product(s) sold or refund the purchase price within 90 days. Software sold is excluded from any warranty and may not be returned once opened.
This warranty does NOT cover problems that result from: 1.) Third-party software or the reloading of software not authorized by CompuIntegration, 2.) External causes such as viruses, spyware, miscellaneous software glitches, acts of nature, accidents, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power (including power surges), 3.) Servicing not authorized by us, 4.) Failure to follow proper computer procedures or perform preventive maintenance, 5.) Using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by us.
== Manufacturer 1 Year Limited Warranty ==
Internal/External parts and components, when purchased new from CompuIntegration with an initial Mfg. limited warranty of 1 year from date of purchase, are covered as such, restrictedly, by the corresponding Mfg. as its policies specify and not by CompuIntegration after the initial 90 days. CompuIntegration will assist in obtaining the defective part from the manufacturer after 90 days up until the Mfg. 1 year limited warranty expires; however, any and all labor or shipping and handling charges will be the customer's responsibility. If a manufacturer has a limited warranty beyond 1 year, CompuIntegration is not obligated to assist in replacement-related issues or repairs.
== CompuIntegration Custom Selections 3 Year Limited Warranty ==
CompuIntegration Custom Selections Desktops, when purchased new from CompuIntegration, come with a limited warranty of 3 years from date of purchase. This warranty will cover all parts and associated repair labor for 3 years only when adhering to all clauses covered in the CompuIntegration 90 Day Limited Warranty & Return Policy.
CompuIntegration Custom Selections Notebooks/Laptops have a minimum of 1 year limited coverage for parts and 3 years for associated repair labor. Some models offer a purchasable, extended part warranty of 1 or 2 years, totaling 2 or 3 years, respectively.
Not all desktop or notebooks/laptops sold by CompuIntegration are part of its Custom Selections series. Custom Selections series will be sold labeled as such, having visible decals and/or internal serial numbers branded by CompuIntegration. CompuIntegration retains the right to ship off Custom Selections systems to our distributor for repair if their policies dictate so. Any and all shipping and handling charges will be the customer's responsibility unless Express, Free shipping is available and offered by our distributor.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. THIS MAY REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR THE LIFE OF THE WARRANTY OR, AT COMPUINTEGRATION, LLC'S DISCRETION, LIFTED ONCE PAYMENTS ARE MET AND/OR ACCOUNT DELINQUENCY IS REMEDIED TO COMPUINTEGRATION, LLC'S SATISFACTION. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE MFG. WARRANTY SPECIFIED IN THE MFG.'S DOCUMENTATION AS IT IS DISASSOCIATED FROM COMPUINTEGRATION, LLC POLICIES.
