            2/21/23 I contacted Flashback data to obtain a quote for recovery of a computer hard drive and I shipped the hard drive to their address. Flashback data indicated the assessment and quote were free and I was not obligated to accept the quote.I did not accept the quote.3/16/23 My credit card was charged $868.79 for recovery of the hard drive.3/16/23 I contacted Flashback data and stated I did not authorized the recovery and did not accept the quote. The customer service agent was hostile to me. 3/16/23 I emailed Flashback data stating I did not authorize the work and requested a credit for the charges back to my credit card.3/17/23. Flashback data contacted me and offered to charge me only $200.3/21/23 I emailed Flashback data and requested a refund of all charges and sent a copy of their original email indicating I was under no obligation to pay them additional money.
