Complaint: i bought a lot of times insurance for my shipping from shipinsurance and when had 1 time filed a claim they told me im not insured because i didnt select signature tracking , so that means all my shipments were not insured , so i dont need to pay for it i need a refund for all insurance that they say its was not insured

Desired Settlement: i need full refund

Business Response:

Shipsurance insurance was selected for this shipment and thus he was charged for it. The import distinction/clarification here is that the insurance was paid for but not honored by Shipsurance because he, as a user, neglected to select a confirmation type that Shipsurance requires for a claim.

By agreeing to those Shipsurance terms and conditions (, he accepted the terms that hisinsured packages must have a signature confirmation.

The responsibility of honoring those conditions is the user's responsibility. He needs to ensure that the service, package and confirmation settings are valid for any insurance coverage Shipsurance (or any other insurance provider) provided.

I am rejecting this response because: if they didnt accept my insurance they should now refund it its fraud to take money for insurance and find a reason why its not insured and still take the money every insurance company if you are not insured they will refund the money , attached i upload a file of all my insurance purchase from ship insurance what i have to be refunded
