    Please noteIf youre reading this theyve not yet used their resources to take it down. More than anything, take care of you and question everything with this business.This business is allowing scams to flourish. Im a nanny, and a paid member of Great Aupairs for a few months.Quite quickly I was contacted by a family overseas that wasnt a family at all, but a scam to get my personal info in order to travel to them. When I reached out to the Great Aupairs and alerted them to this, they removed the post, but it was quickly put back up. And I was contacted by this same scam (same profile) several more times.At first I thought the Great Aupair was being scammed too, but then I started getting other families that were looking for a nanny with wife dutiesof a sexual nature was alluded to, also overseas. Whatever is going on, its clear this company is ONLY interested in money, not in the safety of the caregivers that sign up with them.Do not sign up with them, they are not who they say they are.

    Please beware of this site.Im a nanny and joined the site to find my next family. After a week *** encountered countless scams, made up families, and a man who was using it to find a wife whos not a wife, his words and he meant the intimate part of a being a wife. Im so very disappointed in the lack of protection for its members.I paid for a month without doing the research, so if you see this please use my negligence to make a better choice than me.

    We are sorry that you had a disappointing experience in using our website. We take the safety of our customers very seriously and do everything we can to protect our members from scams.


    We have no tolerance for individuals using GreatAuPair.com for inappropriate purposes of any nature. We do initial screenings on every profile created and conduct ongoing account reviews to identify any unfit behavior. Also, if we are informed of any unsuitable behavior, we investigate the report and remove the account found to be in violation of GreatAuPairs Terms of Use. 


    Our Terms of Use state that unacceptable actions, conditions, and content on GreatAuPair.com, will constitute grounds for blocking account access to the website, removal of posted material, and cancellation of the registration and or membership subscription without refund. The one account that you reported as a scammer was removed after your report was received and investigated, in less than 24 hours.


    The percentage of individuals who try to use the website for inappropriate purposes is very minimal and we generally find and remove them within a few hours of registration. However, like you, we do not want individuals of this nature using our website at all.


    We take several measures to protect our customers. We have implemented a number of automated systems to identify and remove scammers from the site.  When we learn of scammers using our website, we block all access. We have a 30-point anti-fraud system that is designed to identify and remove potential scammers automatically.


    We feel one of the best defenses against scammers is education, which is why we proactively send out important security notices via email to all of our members explaining what to look out for and how to protect yourself against scammers. We also have a *************** on our website to ensure a safe and rewarding experience for our customers.


    Over 99% of the families and job providers on our website are legitimate and good people. Unfortunately, there are always a few unscrupulous people in life against whom we must guard ourselves. The GreatAuPair Support Team is available 7 days a week to assist with any customer concerns.
