If we could give this place 0 stars we would. Took in our ************** for repair . Our boat had been sitting outside in the sun for over six months . All waiting on a special tool that they say they needed to be able to remove lower unit. We asked for information on the tool so we could start looking into finding this special tool. The old guy at the service desk refused to give us this information . My husband then decided to pick up our boat from there . Took it to another place and we should have it up and running in about month . These people dont care about your boat . They proved it over and over again . Our sales person **** even told us he felt bad cause we kept going to check on the our boat and had the same rerun over and over .. they needed the special tool. **** even said he was going to have a meeting with the owner to see what was going on . Not even sure that meeting was fulfilled. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE ******* THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE A SALE . AND THE SAD PART IS WE HAVE BOUGHT 2 BOATS FROM THEM . NOT GOING BACK TO THEM !!!

The job that the Everglades was brought in for required some "Special ****s ". We did not have or need these tools since the ****** 350HP "V-8" came out in 2008. We have sold quite a few ****** 350HP "V8" and our shop has NEVER NEEDED these 7 tools. These special tools come from ****** TOOL" not ******. To date we have received 5 of the 7 ***** needed to complete this job. The customer came and picked up the boat about a week ago so they could put it in their storage barn out of the sun. We order the ***** from ****** Marine, they intern place the order with ****** **** ". K& L tool ships the tools to the dealers and bills GCM on our ****** parts account. So , you can see it is not easy to TRACK "Back Orders" with this system. In a "PERFECT WORLD" they would have them "IN STOCK" and ship to us quickly. Over the last couple of years there have been "SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES " with these tools , outboard parts ( we tried to order a complete lower unit for this customer and they are STILL on BACKORDER ) , complete outboard motors ( some outboard motors customer's have had to wait 18+ months for ) , boats and all the parts needed to build various boats ( some are out OVER TWO & HALF YEARS ).After checking with my service manager he said we have already received 5 of the 7 tools. We just check and "supposedly" K&L ***** shipped the last TWO tools out yesterday, so we are expecting them on Tuesday. If we receive the tools on Tuesday we have the lower unit and we will perform the service and call the customer to bring in the boat and we can install the lower unit on his boat. and he can GO FIHING ! We are not in CONTROL of the "SUPPLY CHAIN" ( and neither is *************************** , etc.
