Complaint: My Fiancee purchased a Groupon for me to have a "Full Set of Mink Lashes" applied. When I scheduled the appointment I was told that a full set did not include the bottom lashes but I could add them for an extra $75.00. When I arrived I was asked for the Groupon for the Full Set and then a Credit Card for the lower set. I signed a form for the procedure and later found my credit card had been charged for $475.00. Their website advertises the "Full Set of Mink Lashes" for $375. My Fiancee paid $149 for the Groupon and I was charged an additional $475 for a total $624 for a procedure they advertise for $375 A "Full Set" of eyelashes is typically an upper and lower set. I've never been anywhere else and had to pay seperate for the lowers when buying a FULL set. Their ad is very deceiving.
Desired Settlement: I want a refund to my credit card of the $400.00 they overcharged me.

It is not remotely an accurate rendition of the event. I did call because I was having difficulty finding the place and she offered to let me reschedule and never even hinted at it being a problem.
Nor does it remotely match what I should have been charged if accurate.
The Groupon was for a full set.
a) Missed appointment ( I say she was fine with letting me reschedule) $175 Fee per her website. Mis
b) Missed apt for lower set $37.50 fee
I arrive and she does the services. My Groupon was still valid and should have been applied towards the $350 charge when she actually did the nails.
Another $75 fee for the lower lashes. At the very most my card should have been charged $175+$37.50+$75
However. I still maintain she let me move the appointment without issue. And none of this was discussed when I arrived or left and I signed nothing that had any pricing on it at the time.
We will be filing in small claims court as well. I have no doubts that 6 reasonable people will see this correctly.
BBB's Final Determination: After reviewing the position of all parties, BBB determined that the business made a reasonable offer to resolve the complaint. However the consumer did not accept the offer.
