Complaint: I recently purchased an airline ticket (December 2014) that was reimbursed by ******** ******* on 5/19/2015. When I purchased the airline ticket I had an account and used my debit card for Commercial State Bank. Since purchasing the airline ticket I have closed that bank account and opened a new account with a different bank. The airline says the ticket was reimbursed onto my old debit card with Commercial State Bank which I closed about 5 months ago. Commercial State Bank says they did receive the money for $557.20 and held it until June 2, 2015 and then sent the money back to the airline. The airline says they do not have it. Commercial State Bank Is saying they do not have the $557.20 either.

Desired Settlement: I would need the $557.20 reimbursed. This is what is owed and there's nothing the bank has to prove they sent it back. So in essence I want to be reimbursed the money in the amount of $557.20.

To Whom It May Concern:

Commercial State Bank received notification of compliant filed by ******* ** ******, on July 2, 2015 to The Better Business Bureau. In response to the compliant, Commercial State Bank has been in constant communication with Mr. ****** and ******** ******** to help resolve this issue.

As stated, Mr. ****** purchased airline tIcket(s) December 1, 2014, posting to his account December 2, 2014. Mr. ****** closed his account effective January 29, 2015, thus closing his debit card. The bank received credit for cancellation, May 22, 2015, given the account was closed funds were returned to ******** ******** in good faith. We spoke with a representative of ******** ******** on July 6, 2015 because the bank returned the credit a check will be issued to Mr. ******. We made contact with Mr. ******, that day, informing him of the status.
