            A 2010 ************ was purchased about 3 weeks ago at this dealership. A down payment of $1,500.00 was collected as well as a finance contract for about $8,000.00 was signed. The vehicle broke down about 3 hours away from dealership and left the owner stranded. The owner contacted the dealership and asked for towing and repair since the purchase was done recently (about 2 weeks) and the transmission had already failed. The dealership said the towing and repairs were not their responsibly but the owner's. They declined to tow it. The other left the car at the towing yard. Two days later a call is made by the owner to the tow yard. The dealership towed the car without the owner knowing and without consent. When the dealership was contacted they said they just picked up an abandoned car that is now theirs unless they get $2,000.00 for the tow job. We just want our money back so we can get a car that works.

            The vehicle we bought from them is having all kinds of issues. They claim they cant find anything wrong with it. Renee got hateful on the phone with my mother in law who was trying to help resolve the issue. Trying to tell her that we need to be truthful about whats wrong with it, like we know whats wrong. We arent mechanics. We just know what its doing. Half the time the truck doesnt want to start. And it makes funny noises when driving down the road. The ac and heater blow coolant into the cab. There are numerous problems with it. Renee also tried to tell my mother in law that we side swiped something in it and made comments about things my husband had in the bed of the truck. We didnt side swipe anything and i dont appreciate being accused like that. We dropped the truck off to be looked at on numerous occasions outside their fence/gate like we were instructed to do. and we picked it back up one day with the truck in that shape. It leads me to believe someone drove by and done something to it or they did it. And What my husband has in the bed of the truck shouldnt be their concern. He had a couple tvs he picked up from his job. I am not referring anyone i know to buy a vehicle from there. They are extremely rude.
