    A vehicle was purchased on Dec30,2023 (Saturday) around 10 pm. We had spent so much time at the dealership that by the time we went to finance. We were exhausted. I specifically ask not to purchase any extended warranty or gap coverage. Due to the fact that we usually purchase those items through our financial institution. I also asked if I financed the vehicle through the dealership but same bank, would it make a difference. The finance person stated, we could buy from them since it was going through the same Bank. We declined and continued with our purchase. On Tuesday January 2,2024. I called the bank and asked to have those items added. Unfortunately since I had financed the vehicle through the dealer, those items could not be added. No information was available due to the fact that the contract wasnt available. Upset I ask my bank what could be done to add these items. My option was to refinance a vehicle that was just financed a few days prior. I started the process and when we actually had the contract. We were informed that the dealer did add an extended warranty, gap coverage and wheel coverage. I have done everything in my power to have those contracts terminated. The dealer has emailed me stating the contracts were terminated since January 10, 2024. I have had few conversations with any person at the business. Although I have left several messages and emails. No one has contacted me. I finally spoke with an employee who asked me to call the contract company to see what the issues were, as to why I received a refund for the gap coverage but not the warranty or tire coverage. I was told by the contract company that only the dealer has the authority to cancel the contract. *** tried calling several times again and have not yet received a call. I believe this company has been unethical in there sales practices.

    Our neighbor referred us to ******* and he was EXCELLENT!! He was very patient with me and worked extremely hard to find us the perfect vehicle. He got us an amazing deal on a 2015 ****** Armada, plenty of room for our family of 6. ***** was or financial advisor and he was very thorough with all of our final paperwork. We've already recommended them to our family/friends, and we will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
