Complaint: My car was acting up and i scheduled an appointment to have it looked at when I brought it in it was still acting up. The costumer service rep told me what to expect and how much, when i got there they said they would do the nesessary tests to see what was causing the problem. Even though I scheduled an appointment and was there on time, they still put me at the back of the line and said it should be done by the end of the day. When I came back they said they found nothing wrong and they didn't do the test, They just said we drove it around the corner and nothing happened. When I left the problem was never fixed and kept steadily happening.

Desired Settlement: I would like a desired outcome of 500.00. I have been there several times always being pushed off on another costumer service rep.

This memo serves as our formal response to the Better Business Bureau regarding the complaint filed by ****** *******.

Ms. ******* brought her 2008 Mazda 3 yin ***************** to our Roger Beasley Mazda Killeen facility on July 13, 2013 at approximately 10:30 am. She stated that her radio and trip odometer would become inoperable when the air conditioner was turned on and that within 5 minutes nothing would work. She also stated the car would make a squealing or shrieking noise possibly from belt.

Our Mazda certified technician drove the vehicle was unable to duplicate any of her complaints.

We returned the vehicle to her later on the same day and informed her we could not duplicate her concerns and did not charge her anything.

I have included a copy of the repair order and supporting documents.

I am rejecting this response because: I set an appointment that day and the response I got was we will get to it when we can and I asked for it to be electronically tested not taken for a joy ride. Nothing was actually done with the car so it was not serviced.
