My car was in an accident in July 2023 and was towed by the insurance company to Atlas. I received little to no communication from ******* who was handling my claim about updates on my car. I had to call almost every day to find out if my car was being worked on. I was also the go between person from them to the insurance company because they would not communicate with each other. Almost three months into repairs I received a call from insurance telling me that the repairs would cost too much and they were totaling my car, however ******* told me that the car was finished and should be ready to be picked up in the next day or so. When I called the next day, they wouldnt release it to me until they had their money from the insurance company. He then didnt return my calls and I had to get a ride to the shop to speak to him in person and find out when I could get my car a week later. The car was finally released to me and was not completed properly. I returned it to the shop and was told that there was a problem with the steering column but it was safe to drive until they got the back ordered part, this was now October of 2023. They have not returned calls or given my any updates so I finally had to take my car to another shop to get an estimate of what needed to still be done with my car. Its now 6 months since the accident and I have spend over $900 on a clock spring, motor mount and realignment. I am sick knowing that I had to pay that much for an accident that was not my fault. Working with Atlas was the worst experience Ive ever had with a shop. I hope this review spares someone else the stress and loss of funds this experience has put me through.
