    South Texas Appliance Repair installed a new water filter harness. After installation the control panel to select water, crushed ice, or ice cubes did not function, it worked before the repair began. *******, repair tech, said he needed to order a new control panel. He presented a bill for $240 which I paid on August 10th. Since ******* has never returned and he keeps telling me he has ordered the part. He never gives me status by calling or texting. His partner ****** took my call one day and said he would investigate but never called back with status. It is obvious that I am not going to get a repair completed, I think this company does not have the skill set to do the job. I am moving on to another vendor but would like to have the $240.00 I paid for a repair returned to me. I read the reviews on file which are horrible but tract closely with my experience.

    Very dishonest! The appointment to diagnosed my ** fridge was done through Lowes. The technician shows up and says they dont do work for **. Gives us the ** # on the fridge and tells us to call them, we might be under warranty. We paid $85 for this. Im sure they had this information ahead of time. Unbelievable!!!
