The Application Process
Step 1: Business applicant completes online application.
Step 2: Business applicant submits accreditation fee payment*.
Step 3: Once received, the application will be thoroughly reviewed and researched by analysts for adherence to BBB Standards for Trust and BBB Code of Advertising.
Step 4: The business will be notified of application status
within five (5) business days. All BBB accreditation applications are
subject to approval by BBB's Board of Directors.
If your application is approved, you will receive detailed communication via email and US mail regarding your new BBB accreditation. If your application is not approved, you will be notified and issued a full refund of the accreditation fee payment.
