We booked pick up from ******* airport several weeks in advance. We specifically asked that the driver wear a mask for to covid and was told it was company policy. We informed our amount of luggage at booking and confirmed 4pm pickup time.My husband is a 100% disabled veteran and I have health issues of my own. Before we could get wheeled up to baggage and collect our things, the driver, ***** sent us a rude message at 3:23 pm (37 minutes before or scheduled pick up time). "I know your plane has landed. Where are you?"Frantically now, with hubby's PTSD triggered, we raced to find assistance with our luggage. We were able to make it out the gate but 3:40. 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. ***** pulled up and immediately started to complain about how much luggage we had. As if his "1st class 7 passenger shuttle would not fit us all. He continues to complain, asked if *******, the person we booked with, knew about this luggage. Yes, she did know. We had what the airlines allowed us. 2 checked bags each, 1 carry-on each, and one personal bag each. Oh, and my husband's emotional support animal. ***** refused to wear a mask. Said he only got vaccinated so he could continue to work. Blatant disregard for our safety and pre-existing conditions that both covid and the vaccines lose threat to. He threatened to drop us in the middle of nowhere. He only finally put on his mask when he saw **** take a photo of him without it.He talked about carrying assault rifles in his vehicle when he lived in DC and hunting down, prepared to be judge, kitty and executioner to the "DC sniper". As if he would know who they were.I cried the entire 2.5 hours to our destination. He had triggered both my husband's and my own PTSD. ***** is anti science, a danger to society and at best, only cares about his own **** self.If I get covid because of him. He will hear from my attorney.
