Business ProfileforShift Right Transmission

My transmission went out june 2021. My daughter had it towed her home. Son in law ***** removed ****** and took it to Shift right Transmission. Picked it up 6/25/21. He reinstalled it and had them check operation of vehicle. I received it 07/11/21. Then I had more work done on it till 10/5/21. Gas tanks replaced, steering column,****** fuel injection. On Jan 25,2022 transmission making noise in reverse and wouldn't shift 3rd gear till going 45 mph. I talked with my mechanic ***** at Az Hot Rod. He said without looking at it could be the ****** He said to call Shift Right Transmission since its under warranty. I spoke with ***********************. He said if its the shell would not be covered. He said I would have to take it off and would cost me another $1294.72 or $2000 + if they take it off the truck.He never offered tow or offer to inspect it. Due to his lack of concern in wanting to make this right I decided I would have Az Hod Rod fix it. They found Planetary gears shot and check ball was missing in valve body. ***** spoke with Installer at Shift Right told him parts missing. Installer asked ***** why I didn't take it to them. He told him that ***** told me it was probably not covered and it would cost me a minimum $1294.72. ***** never offered to look at it. Never offered a tow.I looked up reviews and there are several Transmission complaints there in past 2 years.
