This company did a treatment on my home in the garage and outside perimeter after I found tubes in the garage area. Less than one year later more tubes appeared in the treated area. I called two other companies to do an inspection. I also contacted people on Reddit and ******** to get suggestions after finding an enormous infestation. I disclosed the treatment amounts and type used by Budget Brothers and everyone reported back that these were inadequate and would not have destroyed the infestation where they treated. I also inquired at the ******* government department for suggestions on the treatment and they said it was not adequate. I had another company treat the area but they found that the area treated by Budget Brothers was so infested that the termites had done over $1000.00 in damage and repairs were necessary before further treatment. I have contacted Budget Brothers for a full refund of the money I paid for the failed treatment. They refused and made ugly remarks and excuses. I feel this company should not have a license in *******. As of this writing they still refuse to refund my money.
