BBB complaints allege BNK Productions sells magazines and books door to door to consumers for an initial fee that is alleged to be $58 to $121, depending on the number of magazines or books the consumer orders.  Some complainants allege the representatives for this company say they are "troubled youths" trying to get their life back on track.  After consumers order the merchandise and pay, some complainants allege the company sends them a letter in the mail that may state the following:

"Dear Customer:Due to some unforeseen issues, your magazine order was returned to us and we are not able to fulfill it. We have decided to give you this special offer. Choose any three of the magazines listed on the other page and write the number of years that you would like for each of them (up to two years each - unless otherwise noted). They will be sent to you at no additional cost. Thanks for choosing us for your magazine needs and we hope that you enjoy them :)."

Recent complainants allege that the door to door representatives ask consumers to pay as much in cash as possible. When consumers do not receive the merchandise and ask for a refund from the company , they either are told they will receive a refund and do not, or are unable to reach the company at all.  The company currently provides a P.O. Box address as the only way to contact them, and does not publish a phone number for this business.  BNK Productions currently is not responding to BBB complaints.
