    During the enrollment period I was excited to see that **** was going to be available In **. After talking with the **** sales rep and being assured that my primary care doctor was in the network I signed up. Scan sent me my insurance card with my primary care doctor and all looked good until I went to the doctor and was told they do not accept ****. I contacted **** and they said sorry you have to change your doctor. So I had to change my primary care Dr and find a new one. I had my back go out and pinch my nerve to the point my right leg was numb and had to have major surgery, again my back doctor did not take **** and I had to fight for weeks to get this resolved and finally get a new doctor and a new hospital 30 miles from where I live. Due to not be properly positioned during the 4 1/2 hour surgery my Ulner nerve was pinched and I lost feeling in my right hand. This required more surgery to try to fix this. Again I ran into the surgery center that I was told took **** said that it does not take ****. This was two days before the scheduled surgery. After hours and days fighting with **** they finally got the surgery center to accept the insurance. Now I find out that I have a very high PSA that requires a biopsy and again the Urologist that I was told by **** accepted **** does not accept it. I have been on the phone for hours trying to get the name of a Urologist that does take ****, I was given another DR that they said accepts **** and I call them and THEY DONT TAKE ****. They don't know who takes their insurance. They cannot find a DR that takes ****. After talking with them again they said that they would get back to me in 3 business days. This is what they call service?? I have potentially a life changing condition and they will get back with me in 3 days? **** is taking advantage of seniors by telling what they want to hear and take their money and not providing the service they state. The insurance Commission needs to look into their practices.
