      We hired WINDOW & GLASS PROS to install 2 new shower glass doors. The salesman was personable and the order went smooth, however the time it took to make and deliver was 2 months. I had the doors installed and 6 months later one of the glass doors is now scraping the tile and needs to be adjusted. I called to make an appointment and the best they could do was 1 week for fixing it. I got a call that day 15mins after the appointment window to say they need to reschedule because they had an emergency, they rescheduled for yet ANOTHER WEEK and when that time came for the appointment, I got yet ANOTHER CALL to reschedule AGAIN because of an injured installer. Do they only have one installer? If you have any warranty work needed from them, you go to the end of the line and who knows when they will ever come. STAY AWAY from WINDOW & GLASS PROS. There is nothing PRO about this company. **************** comes from someones house and and there is no clue as to what is going on.

      When the customer posted this review we emailed requesting a meeting at his home to discuss the issue. Customer replied that he was dealing with a personal tragedy and would not be available for a while. We would have preferred to discuss this in person but our only option is to discuss through this review site. In response to this review we will first list all the relative dates and events and then discuss the inaccuracies listed in the review and you will see that every statement of fact is actually untrue. 12/18/20 Called for an appointment. Appointment set for 12/23/20, 3 business days from original call to the office. 12/23/20 Estimate for two shower enclosures provided and accepted. Contract clearly states that if can take between 5 to 14 days for us to receive the custom shower enclosure 1/7/2021 On Thursday afternoon the final piece of the two systems were delivered and passed inspection. 1/8/2021 On Friday a CSR called the customer and scheduled the installation for the 13th, 3 business days from the date of call. 1/13/21 Both shower enclosures were installed. 13 business days from date of order, yet customer review stated “However the time it took to make and deliver was 2 months.” 8/18/21 Customer called on a Wednesday because the door had slipped a small amount from the hinges and needed to be adjusted. The CSR scheduled a Warranty Service Call for the next Monday, the 23rd. Three business days from the call date, yet the customer stated “the best they could do was 1 week for fixing it.” 8/23/21 The technician assigned to the Warranty Service Call was working with another technician on a job at an old hotel and due to unforeseen issues the job ran way over so the technician asked the office to reschedule the Warranty Service Call. 8/27/21 It was rescheduled for Friday the 27th. On the afternoon of the 26th the technician injured his hand installing a very large glass unit. He took some pain medicine around 5am on the 27th so that he could go to work at 8. The medication knocked him out and he did not wake up until mid morning, but he was dizzy and did not think it was safe to drive until his head cleared up. When the dizziness went away he went to the house and fixed the door. Our technicians can be scheduled for three types of shower jobs, Estimates, Installations and Warranty Service Calls. This customer scheduled all three types and all three times the scheduling was 3 to 4 business days. By his own experience he should have known that this statement is untrue: ”If you have any warranty work needed from them, you go to the end of the line and who knows when they will ever come.” Additionally his comment: ``Do they only have one installer?” Mario measured the job. Kyle installed it. Richie fixed the door. Our shower department also has Taylor, Bodie, Rob, Viktor and I if it had been an emergency, but it was just a simple adjustment and the problem does not stop you from using the shower. Those are the facts; his review was basically one big misrepresentation and I have no idea why he would misrepresent the facts.

      As you can see there are a lot of excuses. After the second reschedule call, I told them i would make a review of this process and as soon as i did i got a call that someone would come to the house that day. The man that showed up did a great job tightening the door back up and let me know how hard it is working for this company. I only got expectable service after i made a complaint. No misrepresenting the process and too many excuses - it simply was too much of a headache for a 5 min fix.
