No refunds when switching suppliers. However, customer is allowed and encouraged to use fuel already purchased. Most companies respect this and will leave a tank connected to use up fuel before connecting their tank.

In other cases a 20% restocking fee would apply. There may also be fees applied to pump tank out. (Through our membership with NPGA we are legally allowed to transfer a tank from a customer site to our yard but, per DOT regulations, will have to pump the tank down to below 5% in order to move the tank from our yard to another account. This means that the physical pumping of the fuel out may not occur on the customers premises).
