              Went on a balloon ride with my family today and enjoyed the ride. The man in charge was a sarcastic jerk. He was rude to everyone including his staff. The staff were very friendly except for him. He was full of negative comments and said nasty things about another balloon company that was out with their balloons. He was constantly belittling his staff and expressing every thing they did was wrong. He constantly had a cigarette in his mouth even when operating the balloon and equipment. Arent balloons flammable? If he doesnt like his job he should move on. He makes people feel uncomfortable and not want to come back and let people no not to use this company.********
