This company is horrible...in June this year we had our side yard installed with turf from this company and from the first week we noticed that the grass does not stand up (we did all the grading to make it easier for them) and it took months for anyone to follow up on the problem and when ****** showed up months later, he only told us that that is the turf we ordered...we were told that it is normal for the grass to lie down flat. Several months later we contacted them again and after several more weeks, his son came out with a crew and re-sanded and rolled the turf which made no difference at all. Today, ****** came out to tell us that it is normal to lie down (we understand that walking on a small area might lie down, but we were told that it would perk back up). He also asked us why we put turf in, that we should have put pavers down. Who says these things to customers. We paid thousands of dollars to have this turf installed and the turf is unattractive and ****** refuses to do anything...no apologies, just excuses...no partial refund for a terrible product. we just want part of our money back. As a business owner, we would always put our customers first and if we did this kind of work, we would have no customers. I believe he misrepresented the product and showed samples of turf which appear to be different than what was installed.
