    Purchased a Jandy connector with this business in July 2022. Sent multiple emails asking for an update and got absolutely no response. To this day the part has not been shipped and my card has been debited the money.     10 days after placing order# ***** and getting no confirmation or updates whatsoever, I finally called them for an update. After being transferred and a short hold I am told they don't have the part and can't get the part because it is manufacturer discontinued. Sadly there are several reviews of others having this same experience with them. Funny how they can charge our cards and take our money INSTANTLY after placing orders, but can't be bothered to tell us we will never see the part we really need. Also funny how at least a dozen other sites list the part IN STOCK and would accept an order for this same part. They did say "sorry" though so there's that. Yes they had a good price, maybe they decided they wouldn't make enough money off me so they would just say they couldn't get the part? Don't order from them unless you have time to babysit them about your order and are OK with never getting it. Do you think they will refund me an additional $10 to pay for the expedited shipping I have to pay extra for now? If I don't see confirmation the refund has been processed immediately I will begin the dispute process with the credit card.

    Hi ****,After reviewing your order, I confirmed that you were never charged for this transaction. You will not see a refund issued, becasue there was no charge or money taken for this order. I apologize that you were not properly contacted as you should have been. Generally when there is an issue with obtaining an item, we will reach out to the manufacture or distributors to see if it can be sourced. In your case, during this research we did not contact you to let you know there was an issue as we should have. We were unsuccessful in sourcing the item and the website was updated to reflect this. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
