              Purchased a pool build from Presidential pools and spa in *******. It has been a complete mess since the beginning. We have been trying to get punch list items fixed now that pool is completed and having issues with Presidential not being responsive. Decking issues, pebble tech issues and salt cell issues. Pebble tech has white streaks in bottom and discoloration at edges of bench and steps, was told we need to wait for 30 days then after that we were told to wait for 120 days and keep brushing. Now we have to wait several weeks for them to drain, clean and refill pool. We were told three weeks is because they have several other customers that need the same thing done and they are limited on pumps and techs. The salt cell has communication errors and when discussing with manufacturer they will send someone over to fix issue but we have to pay. Three people from Presidential has come over and said its the way it works and we have a warranty so dont worry about it. Manufacturer says there should be no errors at all. We want our pool fixed and up to good standards with no more lies from Presidential. Their customer service is probably one of the worst anywhere.

              We have had 2 outstanding issues from start-up of pool that are now almost a year old. Another issue since December of acrylic overlay failing. Although the service technicians have been great and have passed these items to ******************* in ******...WE HAVE BEEN IGNORED and they never contact ** and have to start over every time i contact service on these outstanding work items! THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING and based on the ****** office Construction complete lack of response I can not recommend.I have tried one last time to contact service ***** and asked again for them to escalate matter. If nothing then guess it will be legal system and complaints to BBB and ******. Didn't think it would come to that but appears it might.
