We purchased a swim spa from spa world on 1/27/2022 and set up delivery for 2/16/2022. We had to prepare the site by having electrical and a concrete pad poured to accommodate the spa. We used the recommended *************** for our electrical. The day of the installation I was told by Apollo (Az Spa World Rep) that they prefer using Badger because they never have any problem with the electrical. Once the spa was set up- Apollo could not get the spa to function. It was throwing a breaker, giving multiple error codes, and he could only get limited jets working. He advised me to have Badger come back out that they had tested the spa prior to delivery so they know it works. I did get them to come out the next day and after *** from ****** verified all electrical was working- I called Spa World and had him speak to the nasty woman at AZ Spa World because she did not understand what I was telling her. *** told her there was something wrong with the spa and they needed to come back out because it wasn't the electrical. Later that night- a technician from Spa World came out and said the board was bad in the spa itself and it would need to be ordered. The spa was not fully functioning but it would at least heat. After several weeks, the board finally came in- last week we had another technician out that was "new" (according to the spa world) and he determined it wasn't the board but another part that needed to be replaced. He "put everything back" and said it would be another additional 2 weeks. The spa has NOT WORKED AT ALL since the last tech was here. We requested spa world come out and at least get it to heating again- but the nasty woman at spa world told us we were lucky to even have a spa at all... we paid $25k for this giant COLD BATH TUB in our yard- please tell me how we are lucky since it's not WORKED since delivery? We are paying $507 a month for the loan on this thing. We want 2 months worth of payments returned to us since we have not had a working spa.
