            Once Polaris Global has your credit card number they will charge you for ever. They refuse to cancel their "subscription". No one answers the phone when I call.

            We are sorry to hear that you had attempted to reach us by phone and were not able to. Your message submitted through the BBB to our corporate email was received on April 28th and your subscription was canceled upon receipt of the request. As indicated in the confirmation email sent in response to your request to cancel, as a courtesy, we did issue a refund for the April billing. Per the terms of purchase, all recurring monthly subscriptions must be canceled in writing by either email or placing a support ticket. We do apologize for any inconvenience. No further ******** will occur. You can contact ** direct at ******************** with any questions.
