Customers will be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred relating to shipping defective mats back to GET RUNG when the mats are received by GET RUNG and determined to be defect merchandise. 

3/8" Multi-Purpose and ABC123 Mats

Product can be returned otherwise if packages are unopened before 30 days expire from receipt of the product.  Any packages that are opened are not eligible for return credit.  If returning up to 30 packs originally shipped to the lower 48 states, a refund will be issued for $15 per pack less 5% restocking charge.  For returns in excess of 30 packs or from a quoted order, please contact us for the return credit amount.  A 5% restock charge will apply regardless.

1" Reversible Tatami Mats

Product can be returned if unused before 30 days expire from receipt of the product. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost in return and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.  Please contact us before returning these so we can provide you with the cost of initial shipping.  A 5% restock charge will apply regardless.

Cancelled orders can be subject to restocking and cancellation fee of up to 10%
