Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Under my contract with said company they were to clean up the lot after they had removed the mobile home from the trailer park. They did not clean up the lot and the trailer park sent me a bill that included the costs for cleaning up the lot. Further, they had cut some trees around the mobile home without prior approval from the trailer park, which I had to pay to replace those trees. In the end I got stuck with a $700 bill for their failure to honor their part the contract and their failure to get approval to cut down some trees so that they could move the mobile home park.
Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for the $700 bill that the mobile home park sent me for the lot clean up and for the replacement for the trees.
BBB's Final Determination: Business is out of business.
