I apologize for this issue. We offer the service to buy here and deliver the product in Mexico through a third party company. The name of the company is ** ****** *******. We have worked with them for years and once in a while we do have an issue with delivery. We spoke to the company to find out what happened and they admitted that they sent out the wrong product. The product that gets delivered is new and should match exactly with what the invoice here says. Its takes a few days to get to the bottom of this as the company is in Mexico and they need to do their research on what happened. We told the customer we would follow up and that she could try the delivery again or we can refund her all her money. The customer picked to cancel and her check is ready for pick up for to be mailed out. I tried calling again today but she did not pick up.
BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
