              Filled out the online questionaire which was ignored by my investment advisor. The advisor asked questions which triggered my defensive (protection mode) behavior and had nothing to do with their ability to invest my money. I answered questions twice and got a "really"? This company tried to make it my fault. Why would I do business with a company which ignores a questionnaire which they developed and they ignored? *********** quite a bit and have ALWAYS trusted my instincts about "shady" situations. There is something wrong with the way I was approached. It's easy to advertise but the actions to the consumer should be commensurate to the words spoken. This is not a good fit is an understatement. Good luck Trajan Wealth.

              A very generic online form was filled out initially. Our advisors are held to a high standard, and it stands to reason they would want to get to know you on a deeper level. Instead of appreciating that fact, you were ****************** and uncooperative. Because of that, you will be better served elsewhere.
