            50/50 That is the best I can so far give this company. I purchased two duplication towers, they arrived separately 8 weeks apart from time of order. The first machine had all the hallmarks of a floor model or a showroom piece. This machine worked for great for the first ****** CDs I ran through it. Then the problems started, operating system errors, drive failures, and my favorite an error code in O followed by a random series of lines. And then machine two arrived. This machine works like a dream it has been 6 months and ****** CDs and counting still works perfectly. We sent the first machine in for warranty repairs, it took forever, when it returned we were seriously disappointed. They had not even opened the box, no repairs were done. Now I am told by my boss to send it out again.
