Complaint: In February of 2011, I sent an Electrophonic Component 8 Track Deck to this business to be restored, for the cost of $85.00. I received the unit back in June of 2011, but it still had issues and I was not satisfied with the repair job. As this business offers a lifetime guarantee on all repairs/restorations, and I was not satisfied with the work, I requested, and was promised, a full refund. I have contacted the business several times, and all I have ever gotten from them is promises, but no refund and it is now a year later.

Desired Settlement: I request a full refund of the $85 I paid to have the unit repaired, and to satisfactorily resolve this matter, I would like to have it within 30 days of today's date.

Today I received yet ANOTHER complaint from an issue that I already resolved with you personally some weeks ago.  This complaint number is *******, and I still have the documentation available to prove that I took care of this problem on June 20, the same day I received the initial complaint.
