Called ******** ***** ********* I believe it was for a repair to a water line that was leaking inside my home that is also attached to a spicket outside my home. JC Dillion was contracted 08/25/2023 to do the work the boy that came out put in a new shut off valve and repaired the leak. but the shut off valve was put on top of the line when the previous one was on the side. also the spicket that was attached out side was crooked. after view the spicket I seen that is was crooked and I tried to call him back to inform him that I was not satisfied that it was crooked he never answered. so I called the office and I told her that my spicket was crooked and she say well I can tell you we can definitely fix but it not covered and you have to pay, why would I have to pay to get my spicket back the way it was initially. when he was repairing the line he actually went out side and turned the spicket and now it crooked. when I talked to him he said it was going to be alright and that if he tightened it anymore it would crumble. I called ******** ***** ********* and she tried to sell me another plan that would cover that SCAM SCAM. I just want my spicket straight and no leaks inside.......
