    ***** shoulder brace order on January 5, 2024, the item did not ship during the date range specified when the item was ordered, contacted Medsource who stated the item would ship 02/01/2024 and it did not. 02/01/2024 Left message for Medsource **** ***** to refund money for the brace and did not get a return call. Called today, 02/02/2024 to talk to **** ***** and was not able to speak with him yet again, left message, call customer service line once again and was told there is no other person to talk to about my issue, therefore I have no further recourse.

    The company partner “insurance covered baby formula” is a scam. They state that their job is to coordinate between insurance, doctors, and you as a customer to get medically prescribed formula covered by insurance. Having T******, I was told that it would be covered completely. T****** us known for taking much longer to get paperwork cleared and our newborn covered. The rep told us that they got the approval. We received our formula for two months. A few days before receiving our next shipment we received a bill charging us for a month of formula at $3584 for 8 cans of N*********, yes that’s $448 per can. Now if you aren’t familiar with this formula, you can purchase it nearly anywhere for $50 or less per can, the A***** price being $41 per can. They reduced the price for the customer to 1792 for the cans which would be $224 per can. These people had the nerve to tell me that I needed to contact my insurance to see if they’ll cover it. Wasn’t that their job that they said they did already? I spoke with someone in billing who barely spoke English and had no clue what was going on. I called and spoke with a “manager” and was extremely upset obviously by the outrageous fraudulent bill they sent. She continued to be combative with me. I was told by her to call insurance, which she later denied saying. She stated my insurance said my child wasn’t in the system. Again, t****** taking so long, this can be an issue that happens which has always been handled by other offices professionally. The paperwork was confirmed to have been received two months ago. I then spoke to someone via email regarding the bill who told me they never should have sent that for me to see. They have allowable amounts they can charge which isn’t what the customer is charged; fraudulent amounts. She stated she would clear the bill but then also said they would stop all future shipments clearly done as “punishment” for having T****** and for calling them out on fraudulent charges. Do not use this company, or the same will happen to you. They try to charge you outrageous amounts just so you pay them only to receive payment from insurance as well. They threaten you with collections for the bill. They are scammers. This is after speaking with three agents who continue to lie. Thankfully I have screens shots of emails and recorded calls before they tried to erase all contact. They continue to state that my child wasn’t added to my insurance yet T****** confirmed the date months prior to using this service.
