              FRAUD. As you can see from my attachment, I paid $115 for oil change and was told I would receive a gift card!! This is also on the receipt at the bottom. I didn't want to pay this much in the first place, there are MANY businesses to choose from in this city. Oil change was done on 7/21/2023. Here we are 4 months later and NO gift card was received and I have contacted Speedlube, per their website, numerous times. FALSE advertising to lure customers in to pay more on oil change.

              712 N. Cunningham, I took my vehicle in for a routine maintenance oil change. This was my second visit there. On the first visit within hours after leaving the (Penzoil Oil Change) my vehicle started smoking. I got a test done a an auto parts places that gave me codes. Upon my second visit three months later within the three hours of leaving the place my vehicle started smoking white smoke from under the hood. Two weeks later my vehicle dashboard lights are flashing (Engine, ETC and others). This is the worst ever done to my vehicle. I believe it was deliberate especially with the hatreds carried put upon people due to diversity and more. I will not return. I will not recommend. I will never forget the wrongs done to my vehicle because the employees there don't like people like me! I pray they go out of business for the many wrongs they have committed to me and others like me.
