    Date of purchase: 10/2 and 10/20, Purchase: $1939.97 1. The box spring arrived damaged. It had 2 holes and the staples around the bottom of the box spring missed the fabric on a large portion. I provided pictures to customer service. Customer service said they could refund or replace. There was some confusion around the refund. Since no dollar amount was given, I assumed it was a full refund. The refund was around $50 on an almost $300 box spring. I decided to replace it. 2. The mattress I purchased was much firmer than what is in their showroom. Again, I spoke to customer service and was told I could exchange it. They did not explain the exchange policy. I assumed it would be no different than my initial purchase, no exchange policy was discussed. The exchange transaction was completed 10/20/22. I signed the paper and was handed a receipt which I folded and put in my purse without looking at it. I was in hurry because I was on my lunch break. 3. New mattress arrives 10/21/22. They placed it inside my front door. They took the other mattress which was also just inside the front door. The replacement box spring was not on the truck nor did the delivery guys know anything about it. 4: I contacted customer service about the replacement box spring. Decide to take the $50 refund to put an end to that situation. 5. While talking to customer service, I noticed a $49.99 delivery charge on the 10/20/22 invoice. I asked for a refund because I wasn't aware of that charge and they only shoved the mattress inside the door. They didn't set anything up. I spoke to several customer service personnel and each had a different excuse for refusing to refund the delivery fees. 1 said because it was a replacement and that's the policy which I was not informed, the other said it was because they stepped over the threshold.
