Paid to have fireplace lights replaced $125. After a lengthy period a couple of months. They finally came and replaced them. The installer was very nice and cordial. They did not last even a month. Called to complain. A fellow came out said he thought he only had one in stock. Said he would get them ordered. After several weeks I called back to see what the status was and was told ****** was not available. Called repeatedly (a few days to about a week apart). Still got the same run around with ****** never being available. Told girl that that was her standard answer when ever she saw my number she just automatically gave that answer. Got into a bit of an altercation with that girl. Asked to speak to store manager and was told by (very rude girl) that ****** was the store manager. Then whenever I tried to call back (several times) she just hung up on me even when I told her I was trying to apologize for the previous altercation. Very rude. So I’m out the $125 they charged me and still no lights in my fireplace. This is A very pour way to do business very unprofessional. Would never buy anything new from this place again. Terrible customer service.
