Auto Lane on dries lane is trying to tow my truck
On oct.11,2014 I purchased a 2004 Saturn vue serial num 5GzczXXXXXsXXXXXX i gave autolane 2600 down. Two weeks after I got the truck I told them it was something wrong with it. Auto lane kept telling me no and I kept going back up there until they took the truck back. When auto lane finally took the truck back I had to beg them to give me a loaner vehicle the most run down car they have on their lot that was worn out over heating,wires out shocking you. They call me and tell me they don't know what was wrong with the truck,I ask what are you guys going to do now,they told me i have to pick another vehicle off their lot because I could'nt get my money back. I went back to their lot and out of 5 different cars off their lot neither one of the 5 cars worked so at this time I'm frustrated they tell me to come back another day so I go back and I seen a truck just like the Saturn vue on the lot so I ask abt the truck he tells me no its 4000 so you need to find something else I still didn't find nothing,so autolane calls me an tell me to come an test drive the truck for 2weeks,well I get up there and the car was not on the lot because it was being test driven by someone else. The police ended up being called because my guy and i felt we were being treated unjustly we requested give me my money back or a vehicle. They told the police an me to come back that following Monday an they would give me the truck a saturn vue serial num.5GZCZXXXXXSXXXXXX. Initially thee account was being managed by *** his son who was at the time working out fair and reasonable payment plans with me. I had the downpayment down to 16,00 and was told after payment that i only owed 600 by *** which means 1,000 was slashed off which left me in tears but shortly after ...my next payment to be exact i was told "my father found out" which left me confused because i figured what he told me was truthful and solid but the father gets upset an think he is getting cheated out his money so he comes back an say I got to pay 2000 in two weeks..which is a totally different deal than I had to begin with. In February I got pulled over and was told the vehicle was registered as stolen because my paperwork had not been fully entertained by auto lane as they should have been. I was told none but auto lane could repair my vehicle by auto lane but I got my breaks done and asked about my rotors and was told I only needed pads in which I had the *********** check my vehicle and was told my breaks looked as if they were never touched in their professional opinion. Now they're saying the monthly payments that they allowed me to pay leaves me over 2,000 in debt. This all by the way was only a problem after he fired his son for whatever reason.

Desired Settlement
All I want is for them to work with us like we worked with them... We are now starting to make our first truck payment its not like we wasnt paying at all we've payed monthly and they have accepted and let us be beside one time when they towed my truck because my insurance was 1 day past due and I retrieved my truck the same day and was told my vehicle should not have been towed. I don't know inconsistencies him and his son had but I know as soon as his son was fired he gunned for me in which I feel is a wrong doing because I'm virtually being screwed because I was being allowed to pay my down payment and then start my payments because of the inconvenience I endured but as soon as the person handling my paperwork changed my situation changed and for the worst.

She also owes $380.00 dollars of her down payment. Her account is in default. Whatever her complaint is, it is falling on deaf ears until she gets her account current. As of September 10, 2015, she is currently $2441.00 dollars behind on her account. The breakdown is as follows: $1661.00 dollars behind in payments, $380.00 dollars still due for the down payment, $200.00 dollars in late fees ($25 for each month late), and $200.00 dollars for repossession fees.
