Within months of getting my roof replaced with a two year warranty. Before the year 2022 ended I noticed loose shingles and found one on the ground I called the office to request inspection and repair if necessary. I got a phone call from the sales man who has the same last name as the company informing me someone will stop by just leave the fallen shingle by the garage . Then he calls back asking if it he fallen shingle has holes in it i said no he confirms with me that that was an extra shingle and it’s fine the roof that is . A few days later I still notice the ripple of shingles and called the office asking for the sales man to return my call. He never did My point is I cannot go on the roof to check out the damage With the roof replacement being a recent job i think he should have respected my request for inspection and at that point tell me what the next move would be regarding repair. Another roofing company would not willingly want to inspect the roof simply because of the very recent job. I am asking your company to assist me in obtaining an inspection and solution because a small situation could eventually turn into a large and unwarranted job . I would greatly appreciate your intervention as it makes no sense for me to continuing calling the office with no results.
