Date of Transaction: ********** The amount of money paid the business: $4,875.00 Job#: ***************** I have drainage issues in my yard which consists of standing water after it rains; it is awful when there are heavy downpours. The original issue is water will pool around and over my patio and driveway area. I have a 2-tier backyard which includes a retaining wall. The guys walked the yard to see the areas of concern. I was advised they can fix the problem. They said I will no longer have any standing water after it rains and I took them at their word. They said it will be a bit costly but they can fix it. They were to install a trench drain including gravel and corrugated pipe behind my retaining wall. They would also extend an existing pipe on the side of my driveway. They also installed some basin drains on 2 sides of patio slab. Now, I have water coming over my retaining wall to the bottom tier of my yard. The basin drains do not work either. I took videos of it raining and how the water does not flow in the basin drains but stays around or beneath them because they were not installed low enough and nothing comes out of the pipe on the side of the driveway. I discovered the pipe is not buried underground or connected to the pipe it should be attached to. Due to all of this water I have a lot of erosion in the backyard and on the opposite side of my front yard where they laid a pipe in a trench that already existed. I have been in contact with them and was advised they would take care of this and make this right per my text message correspondence with the Office Manager on ******** **, 2023. They have yet to do this. I have contacted the Owner and explained the situation to him and he advised he would come by but has never made it here. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I paid them $4,875.00 to fix this and taking them at their word. They have now caused me more problems than I originally had. I still need my yard fixed.
