            Very disappointed with this company. Called them on a Sunday with a plumbing issue. Was called back that day and was told that someone would contact us to come out later that day. Was never called back that day. Was called back the following day (Monday) and was told that we were 2nd on the list that day to come. After my wife waited for them to come, I called again and was told they would not be able to come that day. My wife took off work and waited at home for them to come all day Monday. I had to call to be told in fact that they would not be able to come. This is not how you do business. When people are missing work and you do not have the courtesy to even call to tell them that you will not be able to make it after she has waited all day for them and lost pay at work.
